We’re seeking a Remote Online Sales Marketer to support the rapid global growth of our long-standing global professional development company. In this role, you’ll follow a proven 4-step process : attract candidates, interview, respond to enquiries, and onboard successful partners. 

The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of sales or online marketing , a personable communication style, strong organisational skills, and a touch of creativity to help us connect with high-quality talent worldwide. 

This role offers the freedom of remote work, flexible hours, and the autonomy to manage your day , while contributing to meaningful growth in a company that values both personal and professional development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and publish engaging job ads and marketing content with full support and resources provided.
  • Respond promptly to candidate enquiries about our online courses and live events.
  • Conduct structured discovery calls and consultative interviews (scripts and guidance provided).
  • Maintain accurate records and manage follow-up communication within our CRM system.
  • Coordinate schedules, update client profiles, and oversee smooth onboarding of new partners.
  • Utilise digital tools such as Google Workspace, Zoom, and online scheduling platforms.
  • Actively participate in personal development, growing alongside a supportive global community.

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have:

  • 10+ years of sales or online marketing experience.
  • Confidence in phone/video-based interviewing and screening conversations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage your own time, and self-driven .
  • Interest in your own personal growth and purpose-driven work.
  • Quick learner with digital tools like CRM software, Zoom, or Google Workspace.
