If you're a results-driven media buying expert who thrives in digital marketing channels like Vertical and Paid Search, and if you have a proven track record of scaling profitable lead generation campaigns while meeting KPIs, then you might be the perfect fit for our team!
Compensation: $60,000 - $90,000 annually
What You'll Do:
Develop, manage, and optimize successful and profitable marketing campaigns aimed at meeting CPA goals.
Identify key drivers of campaign scale and profitability.
Collaborate with the analytics team to structure data and optimize campaigns based on performance insights.
Coordinate communication between technical and creative teams.
Analyze reports and partner insights to recommend strategic improvements.
Research and test new marketing channels to expand the company's reach.
What We're Looking For:
Proven success in launching and managing large-scale, profitable lead generation campaigns.
Strong negotiation skills to optimize campaign results.
Highly analytical, with the ability to interpret data and uncover insights that drive performance.
Hands-on experience across a variety of marketing channels.
Familiarity with 3rd party CPC, CPL, and CPM platforms is a plus.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Experience in managing large-scale financial services lead generation campaigns.
