Junior Marketing Associate | Paid Training | Entry-Level | Nonprofit Outreach & Event Marketing
We are a fast-growing marketing agency partnering with national nonprofit organizations to build brand awareness, increase donations, and connect communities to life-changing causes through event-based outreach and grassroots marketing.
We’re hiring a Junior Marketing Associate to support the planning and execution of live promotional events and nonprofit campaigns. This full-time, entry-level role offers paid training , career development, and the chance to make a real impact—no cubicles, no cold calls, just meaningful, face-to-face engagement.
As a Junior Marketing Associate , you’ll work closely with our Operations Manager to coordinate and execute engaging public events. You’ll gain valuable experience in marketing, branding, customer engagement, and campaign execution—with a clear path toward promotion into Event Management roles.
Assist in planning and executing live events, pop-up activations, and community outreach campaigns
Represent nonprofit clients professionally, purposefully, and enthusiastically
Deliver excellent customer service while educating the public about social causes
Maintain client relationships and help boost donor engagement and satisfaction
Track event performance metrics and recommend improvements for outreach effectiveness
Participate in training focused on communication, leadership, and brand strategy
Support event logistics, materials setup, and on-site coordination
1–2 years experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, or related fields preferred
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field a plus, but not required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Positive, team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic
Coachable, eager to learn, and motivated to grow
Passionate about nonprofit work, social impact, and community engagement
Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
