Seasonal Opportunities

Front-of-House (Customer Service) Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Greet guests with a smile and a friendly attitude.
  • Prepare and serve food with speed, accuracy, and quality.
  • Comply with all Chick-fil-A policies and standards to ensure a safe, efficient, and productive workplace.
  • Create and maintain meaningful connections with guests through excellent service.

Front-of-House Responsibilities:

  • Smile and greet every guest warmly at the front counter and in the drive thru.
  • Create and maintain eye contact.
  • Speak enthusiastically and make genuine emotional connections with guests.
  • Multitask quickly and efficiently without compromising service quality.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team, maintaining a strong work ethic.

  • Part-Time
  • Seasonal (3 to 6 months)

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Must be 15 ½ years or older to apply.
  • Reliable and consistent, with a cheerful and positive attitude.
  • Customer-focused, with strong interpersonal and multitasking skills.
  • Detail-oriented and adaptable, with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Willing to work a flexible schedule, including closing shifts until at least 10:00PM. Reliable transportation is required for those working late shifts.
