We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Event Promotions Assistant to join our team in Dallas, TX. In this role, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of promotional events that enhance brand awareness and engage target audiences. You will work closely with the events and marketing teams to ensure all activities are delivered on time and to the highest standard.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of promotional events and campaigns.

  • Support event setup, breakdown, and on-site logistics.

  • Collaborate with vendors, venues, and partners to ensure seamless execution.

  • Monitor event timelines and budgets.

  • Prepare promotional materials and ensure brand consistency.

  • Track event performance and compile post-event reports.

  • Provide administrative support to the event management team.

Qualifications



Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field preferred.

  • 1–2 years of experience in events, promotions, or marketing is a plus.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic event management tools.
