In this position, you will be responsible for building rapport with customers. You handle claims involving unrepresented injured claimants, from start to finish. We are offering the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and exciting environment while you advance your career! **Position Responsibilities:** + Build a rapport with unrepresented claimants + Analyze coverage + Handle the complete investigation including all necessary recorded statements from all involved parties and witnesses + Determine liability + Responsible for both the property damage and injury resolution for unrepresented parties + Must be able to handle multiple vehicle accidents + In some instances, handle claims where claimant is injured and at fault party in uninsured + Must provide excellent customer service **Position Qualifications:** + Must have a minimum of 1 year of auto liability claims handling experience + Prior bodily injury experience a plus but not required + Understanding of full in-depth auto coverage for non-standard claims required + Auto claims handling experience required + Claims related computer systems experience required, Guidewire experience preferred + Bilingual in Spanish is a plus _Kemper is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
