Job Description:

• 84 months of experience leading elicitation sessions with executives, managers, developers and subject matter experts using variety of information gathering methods such as interviews, documentation analysis, surveys, site visits, business models.
• 72 months of experience creating process and value stream models to support the understanding of the "as-is" state and development of a "to-be" process.
• 48 months of experience creating user stories, test cases and test scripts to capture and track all requirements and enhancements.
• 60 months of experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using Agile and Waterfall Methodologies.
• 30 months of experience working with business users to gather requirements for Siebel CRM Case Management application that supports a combination of human tasks and electronic workflow including case lifecycle, activities and tasks, storing related documentation, and managing stakeholder communication.
• 30 months of experience contributing to the establishment of PMO standards, processes, and internal controls including establishing SDLC.
• 24 months of experience working with business users to gather requirements for a Surrogate Decision-Making program management system.
• 24 months of experience in a hybrid business analysist/project management role.
• 60 months of experience working in State Government.
• Master's Degree in Liberal Arts, Humanities, Social Sciences, Education, or Business.
