What You’ll Do:
As our Collection Specialist, you’ll be the critical connection between our services and the timely resolution of patient accounts. You’ll use your communication skills, attention to detail, and persistence to:
Make outbound collection calls on accounts flagged for follow-up
Review and prioritize accounts for collection activity
Document all collection efforts with accuracy and professionalism
Manage incoming billing voicemail messages , ensuring all patient and insurance inquiries are returned promptly and resolved efficiently
Collaborate with billing staff to escalate complex issues and ensure smooth account resolution
Serve as a friendly yet firm voice for the company when discussing financial responsibilities with patients

Experience in medical billing, collections, or patient financial services is a plus, but not required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Comfort with computer systems , voicemail systems , and basic office software
A patient, empathetic demeanor balanced with confidence and professionalism
