Description A busy and well-respected medical billing company in National City is looking for a detail-focused Billing Clerk to join their revenue cycle team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with numbers, understands the importance of accuracy in healthcare billing, and wants to contribute to a team that supports providers and patients alike. Key Responsibilities: + Prepare and submit insurance claims for multiple providers and specialties + Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility + Post payments and reconcile billing records + Follow up on unpaid claims and assist with appeals and denials + Maintain accurate billing documentation and support audits + Communicate with patients and insurance companies regarding billing inquiries Requirements + 2+ years of billing or administrative experience in a healthcare setting + Familiarity with CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding + Experience with billing software (e.g., Kareo, Athenahealth, or Epic) + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills + Excellent communication and follow-up abilities + Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
